Send Feedback: Tell us what is working, what is broken, or what could be better. We read every message and use real user feedback to prioritize improvements.
Suggest a Question: If you think a particular issue, policy debate, or current event deserves to be polled, send us the topic. We review every suggestion and add the strongest ones to our active question set.
Ask Questions: Curious about how we count votes, how we keep your data anonymous, or how our platform works? Send us a note and we will explain.
Report Abuse or a Bug: If you have encountered abusive behavior, technical issues, or content that violates our community standards, please let us know so we can investigate.
Partnership Inquiries: Civic organizations, educators, journalists, and researchers can reach out about data partnerships, syndication, embed widgets, or collaborative civic initiatives.
If you are a U.S. Representative, Senator, Governor, state legislator, or municipal official and would like to engage with OurUSAVoice or our user base, please include your full name, the office you hold, the state or district you represent, and a way for us to verify your identity (such as an official government email address). Tell us briefly what you would like to accomplish — whether that is responding to constituent input, requesting a polling question on a specific issue, or exploring direct constituent communication features.
We aim to respond to every legitimate inquiry within three to five business days. Bug reports and abuse reports are prioritized and typically addressed within 24 to 48 hours. We do not respond to spam, marketing solicitations, or requests for paid promotion of partisan content — OurUSAVoice does not accept paid placement of polling questions or advertising disguised as content.
